Workcanon is a business management platform for tradespeople and field service businesses. We are the data controller for the personal data we collect through our platform.

- Business name, address, phone number, and VAT number (when you set up your account)
- Company logo (if uploaded)
Customer data
You may store your customers' details in Workcanon, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses. You are the data controller for your customers' data, and we process it on your behalf.
Financial data
- Quotes, invoices, and payment records you create
- Stripe account identifiers (if you connect Stripe)
We do not store your customers' credit card or bank details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Usage data
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited
- Session cookies necessary for authentication
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- provide and operate the Workcanon platform
- send transactional emails (invoices, quotes, confirmations, password resets)
- process payments through Stripe
- provide customer support
- comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

- Contract: to provide you with the Workcanon service
- Legitimate interest: to improve our platform and prevent abuse

If you delete your account:
- your personal data will be removed
- financial records (invoices, payments) may be retained as required by tax and accounting law
